About the Role

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and socially-savvy Brand & Social Content Creator to join the Murad Australia team. Reporting to the Marketing, Digital & Communications Manager, this hands-on, mid-level role will play a critical part in shaping our brand narrative and visual presence across all channels and customer-facing touchpoints.

Whether it’s crafting compelling Instagram Reels, creating retail POS, or designing beautiful promotional assets, this role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep passion for brand, beauty, and content that converts.

• Support all sales channels with creative assets, marketing collateral, and compelling storytelling that elevates brand presence and drives engagement and sales.

• Drive brand growth by developing and executing impactful content across our digital and social channels.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Channel Support

• Embrace AI software to produce engaging, high-quality written and visual content (static, video, and copy) tailored to each platform and sales channel including Instagram, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Support marketing and digital campaigns with brand-aligned assets for email, website, social, and paid media.

• Roll up your sleeves to manage content calendars, shoot days, product styling, and post-production editing.

• Coordinate with the wider sales and marketing team to deliver assets that support promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns across professional, retail and eComm channels.

Social Media & Community Growth

• Own the day-to-day management of social media accounts, posting schedules, content planning, and community engagement.

• Work to increase social following and engagement through platform-specific strategies, trend-driven content, and performance analysis.

• Create a strong Murad community amongst consumers, clinicians and influencers, ensuring strong positive brand sentiment.

• Monitor competitor activity and social trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the table.

Influencer & Partner Collaboration

• Proactively manage influencer outreach, product seeding, and brand partnership initiatives.

• Manage influencer relationships, content approvals, and post-campaign reporting.

Design & Creative Production

• Create visually engaging graphics and motion assets using design tools (Adobe Creative Suite and Canva).

• Work with AI tools and content platforms to enhance creative output, streamline workflows, and produce scalable content formats.

• Ensure all assets are on-brand, optimised for each channel, and aligned with campaign goals.

Skills & Experience Required

• 4-5 years experience in a marketing, content, or social media role, ideally within the fashion, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.

• A natural creative with an eye for aesthetics, branding, and storytelling.

• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

• Hands-on experience producing content across TikTok, Instagram, Meta Ads, and organic social platforms.

• Confident using AI and digital tools to create, edit, and ideate content quickly and efficiently.

• Understanding of social metrics, engagement drivers, and growth tactics.

• Self-starter attitude with a bias for action – you’re not afraid to dive in, direct, test, learn, and refine.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
