Electrician

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and reliable Electrician to join our Building Workshop team on a casual basis, with the potential to transition to a permanent role. You’ll be working on the electrical fit-out of transportable buildings and switch rooms, supporting critical infrastructure projects across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical installation and wiring of transportable buildings and prefabricated switchrooms.
• read and interpret electrical schematics and workshop drawings
• fit-off of lighting, power outlets, switchboards and control equipment.
• Testing and fault-finding to ensure compliance and quality.
• work closely with other trades in a team-based environment.
• Maintain a high standard of safety and housekeeping.

About You

• A-Grade Electrical Licence (South Australia or ability to transfer)
• Experience with commercial or industrial installations
• Strong fault-finding and testing skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
• White Card
• Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety
