How the software providers were graded
G2 defines core HR software as central systems which are used to manage employee information and track important data. In this report, they graded the eligible Asia-Pacific software providers on their customer satisfaction and regional market presence. Market presence is defined specifically by G2, using a combination of criteria. That criteria includes the HR software’s web presence, their growth trajectory, employee engagement, and social media presence. Customer satisfaction ratings were broken down into six categories:- Quality of support
- Ease of use
- Meets requirements
- Ease of admin
- Ease of doing business with
- Ease of setup
Where we scored the big points
While our overall scores led us to the market leader position, there were a few ratings of our software that really stood out. Our ‘Ease of Use’ ratings were above average with a 93% satisfaction rating, along with 92% for ‘Ease of Admin’. Our Compliance, Internationalisation and Organisation Management Features were most praised, with 90 – 92% satisfaction ratings across these. This is great news – we know how important compliance is to our users and have made that a central point of our software.Register for the report
