About the Promotion

1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates  (Employment Hero).
2. Subject to the qualification conditions in clause 6 below, all new direct Employment Hero customers are eligible for the following benefits (the “Promotion”):
   1. If the Participant signs their Employment Hero agreement between 1 December and 31 December 2025 (inclusive):
      1. 100% off for the first 3 months of their Employment Hero EOS or Classic subscription (pay for 9 months, receive 12); and
      2. 50% off the cost of implementation.
   2. If the Participant signs their Employment Hero agreement between 1 January 2026 and 23 January 2026 (inclusive):
      1. 100% off for the first 2 months of their Employment Hero EOS or Classic subscription; and
      2. 50% off the cost of implementation.
3. The Promotion will begin on 1 December 2025 and conclude at 11:59pm on 23 January 2026 (Promotion Period).
4. Employment Hero’s Learning Plus upgrade is excluded from the Promotion. The Promotion does not apply to this product, whether purchased individually or as part of a bundle or set.

Who can enter?

5. The Promotion is open to all new New Zealand customers that sign up to Employment Hero during the Promotion Period (Eligible Participant).

How to qualify for the Promotion?

6. To qualify for the Promotion, you must:
   1. not be a current Employment Hero customer;
   2. be a new customer (have no existing Employment Hero subscriptions and must not have been an Employment Hero in the last 12 months);
   3. not have commenced a sales engagement with Employment Hero within the 90 days prior to 1 December 2025;
   4. participate in an Employment Evaluation session between 1 December and 31 December 2025 (inclusive);
   5. subscribe to the relevant Employment Hero EOS or Classic plan (as identified in the Promotion) for a minimum 12-month term; and
   6. be a registered business in New Zealand.

When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?

8. You will be eligible to redeem your discount by meeting all the qualifying criteria under these terms and conditions. Your discounted pricing will apply from your first monthly charge and be valid for the first three months of subscription charges.

Restrictions

9. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.

Other Terms and Conditions that apply

10. Standard Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions apply.
11. Customers receiving Implementations services in connection with any products or services will be subject to the relevant Implementations Terms and Conditions. 
12. Any personal data provided by an individual when participating in this Promotion is handled in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.

General Terms

14. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
15. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
16. Laws may apply to an Eligible Participant or to Employment Hero as a result of either party’s specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
17. If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
18. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
