The challenge

Adriana and the team from Marc Doyle Treework were looking for a system that could help centralise their HR and payroll function.

First and foremost, they were looking for a way to integrate their timesheets and leave requests with their HR process. Employment Hero is great because once the file is in, employees have access to their file, while Google Drive was only accessible to our management team.”

“Our team all use the app. They’ve got to access their policies and contracts. We’ve got machinery and equipment induction, and those need to be signed off to use. They don’t get audited often, but the usefulness of accessibility if an auditor came to site, having that sort of documentation available to them is great.”
