Offer Terms and Conditions
About the Promotion
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) (EH) and is open to selected customers who participate in and complete the mobile app redesign research study. Each participant who completes the study will receive a $50 gift voucher. Participants are limited to 6.
2. Participating in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms. Information explaining how to participate is part of these terms and applicable EH policies and general terms and conditions apply.
3. The Promotion will commence on Tuesday, 6 May 2025 and will run until all six (6) available spots are filled or until otherwise advised by EH.
4. EH reserves its rights to amend, defer or terminate the Promotion or the Promotion Period at its absolute discretion.
Who can enter?
5. The Promotion is open to selected existing EH customers who are invited to and successfully register for the Study during the Promotion Period.
How to enter?
6. To participate, Eligible Participants must complete the Study in full. The Study will take approximately 45 minutes and will require participants to provide feedback on EH’s new mobile app design.
7. Completion of the Study in full entitles the Eligible Participant to receive a $50 e-Gift card (Prize).
8. Participation is limited to one entry per Eligible Participant.
Prize for Participants
9. There are 6 spots available in total for the Study. Only the first six Eligible Participants to complete the Study in full will be eligible to receive the Prize.
10. Each eligible participant will receive one $50 e-Gift card.
11. EH will notify participants by email once they have successfully completed the Study and qualified for the Prize.
12. A GiftPay online gift card will be sent to each eligible participant’s nominated email account within 14 days of completing the Study.
Publicity
13. Eligible Participants consent to EH disclosing, using and publishing their name and organisation in communications related to the Promotion, including internal newsletters or promotional material.
General Terms
14. EH collects personal information in connection with this Promotion and may disclose such information to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers and regulatory agencies, as required for the conduct of the Promotion. Participation is conditional on providing this information.
15. EH will manage personal information collected in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
16. Standard Employment Hero terms and conditions apply.
17. Separate terms and conditions may apply to the use of the Prize, which are set by the Prize provider.
18. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
19. The Prize is granted ‘as is’ and EH does not provide any warranty regarding its fitness or suitability for any purpose.
20. EH reserves the right to:
(a) disqualify any Eligible Participant that submits incomplete or inaccurate responses; and
(b) withhold the Prize or disqualify any Eligible Participant who fails to comply with these terms or other applicable EH policies.
21. EH’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. If the Promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond EH’s control (e.g. technical issues, unauthorised intervention, fraud), EH may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
Liability
23. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, EH (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Promotion or the Prize, including:
(a) technical difficulties or equipment malfunction;
(b) theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
(c) late, lost or misdirected communications;
(d) variation in Prize value; and
(e) any tax liability incurred.
Governing Law
24. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
