The Opportunity
We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Engineering Team Lead to drive the technical execution of our next-gen products—GEN3, EXPO, and beyond. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this is a key role in the Engineering & Design team, supporting the delivery of premium, compliant, and scalable vehicle platforms.
You’ll be responsible for guiding a high-performing team while actively contributing to complex engineering challenges. You’ll collaborate with product leadership, manufacturing, design, and digital teams to bring world-class products to life—on time, on budget, and to spec.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and help develop a small cross-functional team of mechanical, electrical, and systems engineers
- Own the delivery of technical outcomes across product development, improvement, and production support
- Balance strategic oversight with deep hands-on technical problem solving
- Ensure engineering solutions align with product architecture, brand values, and manufacturing capability
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer to deliver on the GEN3 and EXPO product roadmap
What You’ll Work On

What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in mechanical, mechatronic, electrical or systems engineering
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 in a leadership or senior technical role
- Deep CAD and DfM expertise, with a passion for engineering excellence
- Exposure to production environments and a good working knowledge of manufacturing principles
- Excellent people and project management skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional settings
