The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for the development and delivery of cutting-edge retail media solutions for our customers. In this role, you will work closely with our sales, success, platform, and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their unique needs. You will also be responsible for driving the growth and scalability of our solutions business and working closely with our customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Play a critical role as part of our Solutions team in the design and development of innovative retail media solutions
- Drive the growth and scalability of the solutions function within the business
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and customers to ensure their success and satisfaction
- Manage projects and/or incoming queries concurrently to ensure successful implementation as needed using project management methodologies, principles and techniques
- Lead projects ensuring they stay on track by managing timelines, budget and scope.
- Work closely with sales and platform teams to understand customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their unique needs
- Consulting with Customers and Technical teams both external and internal to design and implement the Zitcha solution with their websites, apps and integrations
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Stay up-to-date on retail media industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
- Conduct data review and look for quality issues and barriers with provided customer datasets, and outline product documentation of what success looks like
- Facilitate external workshops to guide solution design
- Deploying functional solutions, including but not limited to creating, adopting and implementing project plans which will require cross functional collaboration across Sales, Success, Engineering and Product teams.
- Educating the broader business on solutions focused activity using documentation, videos and retrospectives.
- Contribute to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.
- Help Zitcha protect its assets by complying with guidelines and policies
