Description

Role Summary: Support HR operations and initiatives by implementing strategic solutions, addressing complex challenges, and driving organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy Implementation: Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through engagement programs and feedback mechanisms.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve HR-related challenges efficiently and effectively.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Performance Management: Support appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
  • HR Data Management: Maintain and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR functions, with a focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
