About You

Motivated and experienced Rehabilitation Consultant passionate about working with clients from NDIS, DVA, Life Insurers, Workers Compensation Insurers, CTP Insurers, and Employers. Allied Health Professional qualifications (eg Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Physiotherapist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Workers, Exercise Physiologist).

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration OR ASORC or RCAA membership OR AASW membership OR ESSA membership

• Australian Drivers License

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

• Comcare workplace rehabilitation provider accreditation (or eligible for)

• DVA rehabilitation provider accreditation (or eligible for)

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial rehabilitation needs assessments.

• Develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans to guide return to work and / or recovery.

• Conduct discipline specific assessments (eg physical and functional assessments, vocational assessments).

• Provide case management.
