Across from Bella Vista station, this is a position offers hybrid working arrangements.

About the role

This role includes, but is not limited to, the following functions;

  • Preparation of Timesheet summaries
  • Assist in setting up New Employees
  • Assist with processing of each pay run accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist in completing statutory duties such as monthly payroll Tax and quarterly Superannuation
  • Assist with Company sales commission calculation and payment processing
  • High volume data entry and monthly reconciliation of commission payments

Selection Criteria

  • Experience processing end to end payroll (minimum 1 year)
  • Experience in either accounts payable, accounts receivable or general accounts
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • Previous experience using Xero software preferred
  • Advanced skills on Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
