We are a privately run Early Learning Centre located in Alkimos, where nature and the natural environment is our classroom for children with weekly nature walks in the nature parks that surround us. Our educator’s design, implement and evaluate programs that are innovative and contemporary, based on current research. We are a professional team of teachers and educators and are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher that shares our Pedagogy and Core Values.
Tribe Alkimos currently has the following exciting opportunities available:
A Qualified Early Childhood Teacher to run our kindy program alongside our experienced teaching team.
Successful ECT candidates will be highly motivated and passionate about the Early Childhood sector and must have the following:
• Bachelor or Early Childhood or ACECQA Approved qualification
• Diploma Qualified & and working towards a Bachelor of Early Childhood
• Solid Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standards
• Your excellent planning and organisation skills guarantee your team are always organised and tasks, reports are always scheduled and delivered upon
• You will have excellent communication skills, and ability to build trusted relationships with families and the wider community.
Successful Lead Educator candidates will be highly motivated and passionate about the Early Childhood sector and must have the following:
• Previous experience as a Room Leader
• Diploma of Early Childhood
• Solid Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standards
• You will have excellent communication skills, and ability to build trusted relationships with families and the wider community.
What else you will need to bring
• A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
• Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
• Available to work Monday to Friday between 6.30am – 6:30pm (can offer flexible working arrangements for the perfect candidate)
