Competitive Pay Rates:
- $36+ per hour (Weekdays)
- $50+ per hour (Saturdays)
- $60+ per hour (Sundays)
- $75+ per hour (Public Holidays)

Your Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centered support to people with complex needs, helping them live independently. Your responsibilities will include:

Personal care – Supporting people to cook, shower, groom, take medication safely, move around their home, and more.

Community & social engagement – Encouraging and joining our clients as they participate in local activities.

Supporting clients with behavioural & mental health needs – Working with effective Positive Behaviour Support Plans and Practitioners.

Helping families with complex needs – Providing emotional and practical support.

Flexible travel across Sunshine Coast – Bringing care where it’s needed most.
What You Need to Get Started
Essential:
- Yellow Card or NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain).
- Blue Card (or willing to obtain).
- First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain).
- Driver’s license & reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module & COVID-19 Infection Control Certificate (free online).
- Positive attitude, passion, and physical fitness.
Preferred (but not required):
- 2+ years of experience in disability support.
- Experience with Restrictive Practices & PBSP.
- Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Allied Health, or Mental Health.
- Studying or qualified in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Psychology).
