ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Head of PR & Social at Townhouse, you will lead the development and execution of both our PR and Social Media strategies to build brand reputation, foster media relationships, and drive engagement. You will craft compelling narratives, spearhead innovative campaigns, and ensure that Townhouse remains at the forefront of the beauty industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the voice of a dynamic, fast-growing brand while collaborating with top-tier media, influencers, and industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute PR and Social Media strategies (Specifically on Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels) that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and credibility.
- Establish Townhouse as the authority in the nail industry through thought leadership, trend reports, and media positioning.
- Build strong partnerships with global brands, influencers, and KOLs to amplify Townhouse’s presence.
- Leverage media relationships to secure editorial features and high-profile opportunities for Townhouse and our Founder.
- Oversee innovative influencer and Social Media campaigns that align with Townhouse’s positioning.
- Lead the Social Media team in content creation, scheduling, and community management, on Instagram, TikTok and other channels.
- Monitor PR and Social Media performance, providing data-driven insights to optimise future strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to ensure a unified brand message.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing PR and Social team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
ABOUT YOU:
- Strong experience, ideally equally weighted in both PR and Social Media, preferably from within the beauty, luxury or lifestyle sector.
- Strong existing relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and KOLs.
- Proven ability to craft and execute innovative PR and Social Media campaigns across the relevant channels
- Experience in multi-site businesses and/or the US market is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and optimise campaign performance.
- Experience in crisis management and reputation mitigation.
- Leadership experience with a passion for team development and mentoring.
LOCATION:
Our office is based in Central London and we offer a hybrid working model, aligned with role requirements.
