Are you passionate about providing exceptional business support and ensuring smooth office operations? Thrive Group is looking for a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Business Support Officer/Receptionist.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide general administrative support to our Business Services and Finance teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient data entry and transactional processing.
  • Assist families and clients with their enquiries and ensure they receive excellent customer service.
  • Manage office supplies, meeting rooms, and ensure a tidy and well-maintained office environment.
  • Support Family Day Care Educators with timesheets, enrolment queries, and finance tasks to name a few support areas!

What You’ll Need:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a customer service/business environment (education and childcare or similar preferred but not essential).
  • Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Well-developed time management and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and enthusiasm towards assisting others within Thrive Group and within our families and clients, with customer service queries in a timely and proactive manner.
