We are seeking passionate and dedicated early childhood educators with a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education to join our team!
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (mandatory)
- Familiarity with national standards/regulations related to early childhood education
- Working with Children’s Check and Police Clearance

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children.
- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that promote the physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and creative development of each child.
- Implement daily routines including meals, nap time, outdoor playtime, etc.
- Observe children’s behaviour and assess their progress regularly.
- Provide individualised attention to each child’s needs.
- Foster positive relationships with children by building trust and promoting open communication.
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to understand each child’s unique requirements and update them on their child’s progress regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents/accidents reports as required by regulations/policies.
