Join the adventure at Mission Out, where thrill meets teamwork, and fun meets purpose! We’re looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to become Mission Out Park Assistants on a seasonal basis – and help us deliver epic outdoor experiences that make a real impact.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

We’re looking for a team member who’ll play a key role in making sure our visitors have the best day ever – every day. From welcoming guests with a smile to helping run exciting activities like our adventure climbing zones, crazy golf, jump pillow and water activities – no two days are the same.

Please note: You must be aged 18 or over to apply for this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering GREAT customer service and ensuring every guest has a GREAT time.
• Preparing guests for activities and making sure they’re safe, comfortable, and ready to go!
• Monitoring activity areas and keeping safety a top priority.
• Maintaining equipment and keeping the space looking awesome.
• Assisting with first aid (if trained).
• Climbing high and helping guests soar safely on our High Ropes (if applying for this area – training included!).
