Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic House & Events Supervisor to join our hospitality team at an esteemed golf club in Fairview Park, South Australia. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional experiences for our members and guests. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the bar and food service and assisting with functions, events, and weddings.

Skills:

– Strong leadership and supervisory skills

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

– Previous experience in a customer-facing role in hospitality

– RSA certification, RP badge, and food handling certification

– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Responsibilities:

– Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

– Assist with daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff management, and inventory control

– Ensure quality standards are met for food service offerings

– Contribute to the execution of functions/events/weddings

– Develop initiatives to grow the business

Qualifications:

-Mid-senior level experience in hospitality

-Leadership experience preferred

-RSA certification required

-RP badge required

-Food handling certification required
