About the Role:
Are you a people-person with a passion for media and a knack for solving problems? We are looking for a Junior Account Manager at Streem, you’ll be the go-to contact for our valued clients, supporting them as they navigate our platform, delivering top-tier service, and making sure their experience with us is nothing short of exceptional.
This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with teammates to ensure our clients receive the best possible insights and support. You’ll be part of a supportive and tight-knit team, with real opportunities to grow your skills and your career.
What You’ll Do:
- Onboard and support clients on the Streem platform
- Build strong, lasting relationships with a diverse range of customers
- Deliver hands-on training sessions (virtual or in-person)
- Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and insights
- Proactively flag media stories or trends that matter to clients
- Identifying solutions for client challenges.
- Producing a range of reports for clients needs.
- Maintain smooth and consistent communication with all stakeholders
- Ensuring all client-related tasks are completed in accordance with internal and external service standards.
- Help ensure platform accuracy and content quality
About You:
- 1-2 years experience in a Customer Success or Account Manager position.
- Strong customer-facing skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Energetic, media-savvy and positive go-getter with a can-do attitude.
Desirable (but not required):
- Degree in Media, Communications, PR, Journalism, or similar
- Media/news/content experience is highly advantageous;
- Personal interest in the Australian Media Landscape;
- Familiarity with media monitoring, analytics, or social listening tools
- Experience with Excel, Project Management Tools/CRM tools/Boolean Search.
