About the Role:

Are you a people-person with a passion for media and a knack for solving problems? We are looking for a Junior Account Manager at Streem, you’ll be the go-to contact for our valued clients, supporting them as they navigate our platform, delivering top-tier service, and making sure their experience with us is nothing short of exceptional.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with teammates to ensure our clients receive the best possible insights and support. You’ll be part of a supportive and tight-knit team, with real opportunities to grow your skills and your career.

What You’ll Do:

  • Onboard and support clients on the Streem platform
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with a diverse range of customers
  • Deliver hands-on training sessions (virtual or in-person)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and insights
  • Proactively flag media stories or trends that matter to clients
  • Identifying solutions for client challenges.
  • Producing a range of reports for clients needs.
  • Maintain smooth and consistent communication with all stakeholders
  • Ensuring all client-related tasks are completed in accordance with internal and external service standards.
  • Help ensure platform accuracy and content quality

About You:

  • 1-2 years experience in a Customer Success or Account Manager position.
  • Strong customer-facing skills
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Energetic, media-savvy and positive go-getter with a can-do attitude.

Desirable (but not required):

  • Degree in Media, Communications, PR, Journalism, or similar
  • Media/news/content experience is highly advantageous;
  • Personal interest in the Australian Media Landscape;
  • Familiarity with media monitoring, analytics, or social listening tools
  • Experience with Excel, Project Management Tools/CRM tools/Boolean Search.
