About The Job

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with a proven track record of generating new business and delivering revenue growth. You’ll be joining a resourceful and creative sales team whose focus is engaging with new prospects to demonstrate how Smokeball can help Law Firms digitise their businesses, and existing processes, improve efficiencies, and increase profitability. By executing the Smokeball Sales Process you’ll meet or exceed sales quotas, optimise your sales conversion rates, and reduce sales cycle time.

What You Will Be Doing

Qualifying new business opportunities through the following:

  • Identify and cultivate new business networks for lead generation of Smokeball’s products via support for events, marketing and networking
  • Leads provided by the SDR team
  • Effective cold calling / prospecting best practice
  • Maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Managing and owning sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Working with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Owning value-based sales cycle from qualification, presentation, and proposal through to objection handling, negotiation, and closing sales

About You

  • You will have a track record of working within a recognised software / SaaS vendor; selling technology solutions is essential
  • You will have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • You will be client focused – act with the client in mind always
  • You will have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and presentation skills
  • You have strong negotiation and influencing skills, using compelling arguments to gain support and commitment from others
  • You are resilient, a strong relationship builder, self-directed and can assume responsibility and ownership Demonstrated success in defining, metrics to launch excellent products.
