Site Supervisor

Remedial Building Services are leaders in facade rectification and upgrades.  Our experience  spans the commercial, residential, industrials and institutional space.  We have been operating for over 50 years and employ over 80 people. About the roleA Remedial Site Supervisor manages all on-site tasks, safety, contractors and other stake holders. Your responsibilities will include Understanding of the scope of works, program and responsibilities Manage the site as per our Work Health and Safety systems and protocols Carry out quality control including action plans and ITPS Manage the subcontractors and employees on-site Manage the programming of the site including updates and forecasts Coordinate relevant tradesProvide weekly and monthly updates to Project ManagersOur work ethicWe work as a team and support each other, this is a key value as our staff know they can count on each other.  Our staff retainment is very high with over 50% of our employees have been working with us for over 10 years.  We challenge our staff and provide training and education to develop and strengthen their roles and abilities.   We are flexible with time and are performance based.
