The Position

Thanks to an internal transition within our team, an exciting opportunity has emerged to join REIWA in the position of Member Engagement Officer.

As the primary interface for REIWA members, Member Engagement Officers are pivotal in delivering outstanding service to members including:

• Managing incoming inquiries with a friendly and professional approach, promptly resolving issues.
• Proactively engaging members through continuous communication across various channels.
• Ensuring members are well-informed about REIWA’s full range of products and services.
• Escalating feedback to the appropriate channels and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Offering primary technical support to address queries related to reiwa.com.
• Collaborating with internal departments as necessary to ensure the timely completion of projects, including marketing campaigns, member services, and project deliverables.
• Promoting and educating members on the value and utilisation of REIWA products.
• Assisting Member Engagement Representatives by following up on inquiries.
• Participating in monthly webinars or classroom training sessions on selected products for our members.
• Coordinating effectively with your team and team leader to establish efficient and streamlined processes.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven track record in a client services capacity.
• Proficiency in utilising a CRM system. Knowledge and use of Salesforce would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with website customer support and navigation.
• Exceptional organisational abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in collaborative teamwork.
• Assisting customers with technical inquiries via phone and email.
• Proficiency in using MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Essential computer literacy across the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) for this position.
