About the role:
PTC is on the lookout for a motivated Multi-Site Manager to oversee multiple locations at our Toowoomba Plaza and Clifford Gardens stores, lead high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This unique role combines strategic leadership with hands-on repair and customer engagement. You’ll not only inspire and coach your teams but also work alongside them to deliver outstanding results.
To be successful for this role, you will:
- Oversee the operations of multiple retail locations, ensuring they meet and exceed KPIs.
- Lead by example, performing device repairs and assisting customers to ensure top-tier service.
- Train, mentor, and inspire store leaders and their teams to achieve success.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales and operational strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and take action to maximise outcomes.
- Be the go-to leader for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and driving excellence.
