Glass and Aluminium Installer

Job Summary

Patterson Glass now has an opportunity for a capable and motivated candidate to join the team as an installer, on full-time hours, in Nerang, on the Gold Coast. In a varied and busy role as an installer with Patterson Glass, you will work onsite, mostly around the Gold Coast. This role would be well suited to a candidate with glass industry experience in fabrication, assembling, and installation.

MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
• Deal with clients, suppliers, and other employees professionally at all times.
• Perform works as scheduled and in a timely manner.
• Read all documentation before processing thoroughly to avoid errors.
• To load vehicles & cages with all relevant materials when required.
• To make sure all work is manufactured to a high standard and quality.
• Work as part of a team.
• To complete the necessary paperwork for orders & jobs as per the procedure.
• Maintain machinery and tooling where possible or liaise with the office for servicing.

Experience:

Five years of previous experience in a similar role/industry

The successful candidate will be working within the glass and glazing industry from Nerang on the Gold Coast.

Working hours are Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pm.
