Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a full-time experienced Senior Accountant to work from on of our London offices and assist in building P10 Financial Group. P10 Financial Group is a one-of-a-kind advisory business that advises high net worth clients, high growth businesses and property entrepreneurs. We provide connected services across the entire financial spectrum, through our various business divisions of mortgages, capital markets, accountancy and insurance. Nature of the role
To work in a professional and dynamic accounting team who are continuing to make significant client wins on a regular basis.
- You will be preparing statutory accounts and working closely with the Accounts Manager and Partners.
- Quarterly Management Accounts and some ad hoc Project work with some clients. This will include financial reporting for larger businesses.
- Quarterly VAT Returns although the Book-keeping will be done by other team members.
- Close liaison with the Tax team particularly around Corporate Tax Returns.
- Assist clients with their growth plans.
- Working with sales team with onboarding of new clients.
The candidate:
- A great choice for a client focussed Accountant who has up-to-date Accounts Preparation skills – FRS102 and FRS105: UK GAAP and IFRS is a bonus
- The ideal candidate will be Qualified ACA / ACCA accountant and any individual who does have late papers to complete in ACCA will be supported.
- You will be tech-savvy and adapt to working with Xero and the equivalent.
- Experienced in the preparation of year-end statutory accounts preparation
- You must have strong year-end accounts experience and be comfortable to enjoy working with a diverse range of industries including owner-managed businesses, private clients, charities and LLPs with good FRS102.
- You MUST have previous or current experience of working within a firm of Accountants and have managed a small portfolio of clients.
- Great emotional intelligence, i.e. must be able to build meaningful relationships

- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
- You are motivated to grow and have a desire to progress in your career
- Ability to use various IT tools such as financial and administrative, word processing, spreadsheet and database software
