What You’ll Do
As a valued member of our team, you’ll follow a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home to assist clients with essential domestic tasks, such as:
• Making beds, laundry, ironing
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors
• Following a digital care plan via a mobile app to ensure clients’ needs are met and their independence maintained.
What You Need
• Unrestricted access to a vehicle – This is essential as you’ll be visiting multiple clients each day.
• The ability to work autonomously – Following a digital schedule and care plan via our mobile app.
• A valid driver’s licence and full working rights in Australia
• First Aid Certificate and a current Police Clearance (or Worker’s Screening)
• Reliability and a passion for helping others
Desirable (but not essential):
• Certificate III in Community Services or Individual Support
• Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
