Job Title: 12D Traffic Management Operative

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking 12D qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our team at Omnis Highway Solutions depot in Kettering. As a Traffic Management Operative, you will be responsible for installing and implementing various traffic management systems, including temporary traffic lights, lane closures, and road closures. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday shift pattern and additional overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities:

– Install and set up traffic management systems according to project requirements

– Implement 2, 3 & 4-way temporary traffic lights, lane closures, road closures, etc.

– Ensure all safety measures are followed during installation and maintenance of traffic management systems

– Carry out regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning

– Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Skills/Qualifications:

– Valid driving licence with less than 6 points

– Valid Traffic Management qualifications (12D)

– Good understanding of health and safety regulations related to traffic management operations

– Ability to work effectively in a team environment

– Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
