Associate, IT

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT-related infrastructure, ensuring all equipment is operational, properly configured, monitored, and regularly updated / patched to support business continuity.
• Provide onsite and remote IT support for the Operations Site, troubleshooting technical issues efficiently and ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Drive digitalization initiatives by leveraging tools such as PowerApps and other relevant technologies to enhance efficiency and workflow automation.
• Provide necessary technical support on computer systems within the Company and manage all IT support related activity by ensuring all support request is align with IT policy.
• Supervise and/or assist on any ad-hoc task assignment during and beyond working hours that requires IT attention.
• Execute task in IT projects through proper project progress tracking mechanism and reporting thus ensuring on time IT project implementation.
• Manage all day-to-day administration work by ensuring all IT systems, procedures, standards, guidelines and documentation of IT assets are in place and is being adhere accordingly.
• Any other responsibilities that may be required, in the interests of the Company from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): strong critical thinking, systems analysis skills, good communication skills, good knowledge of IT hardware, software, troubleshooting computers & notebooks.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
