Role Overview
As a General Manager, you’ll take on a fundamental role in creating legendary member experiences, building high-performance teams, and driving financial profitability across multiple club locations.
You’ll lead by example, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional member service, and team productivity. Your proactive leadership and business acumen will directly impact our net gains and overall success.
Member Experience
Set and achieve member service standards that enhance member retention and referrals
• Create a welcoming culture
• Ensure the club operates efficiency
• Professional handling of inquiries, complaints and feedback
• Fostering engagement through personalized interactions
• Maintain club rules and policies
• Support key services like Rest and Recovery, Personal Training, and Group Fitness’
Team Productivity
Build a high-performing team that collaborate to achieve club goals
• Recruit, hire and onboard team members committed to service and sales excellence
• Achieve training compliance for teams
• Foster a positive team environment that motivates and supports the team
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
• Manage systems and procedures to achieve production goals
