Workplace Relations Advisor – Join a Growing Team!

Are you a workplace relations professional looking for a role that offers high-quality, impactful work in an industry association setting—without billable hour targets or excessive workloads? Do you want to be part of a supportive, growing team with a genuine commitment to work-life balance? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

A Unique Opportunity – Join Us at a Pivotal Moment

The National Retail Association (NRA) and the Australian Retailers Association (ARA) are in the process of amalgamating, creating the largest retail industry employer group in the country. This transition will significantly expand our influence and the services we provide to employers across Australia.

As our team grows, we offer an unparalleled opportunity to work on complex, high-impact workplace relations matters and shape the future of workplace relations in Australia.

While we have deep expertise in the retail sector, our diverse client portfolio extends well beyond retail, including hospitality, manufacturing, professional services, financial services, and other industries. Our team advises businesses of all sizes—from small enterprises to national corporations—on navigating workplace relations challenges.

To support this growth, we are looking for an experienced Workplace Relations Advisor to join our team.
