About the Role:

  • Coordinates marketing activities and campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and CRM automation.
  • Creates engaging content and oversees social media management.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on various projects.
  • Plans and optimises digital advertising efforts using data-driven tools and insights.
  • Provides design and creative support to enhance MC’s marketing initiatives.
  • The role is part-time (30.4 hrs/wk; 4 days) or full-time (38 hrs/wk; 5 days).

Essential Attributes (please respond to these attributes in your Cover Letter):

  • A qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years’ experience.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating marketing activities.
  • Experience using CRM and email marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Copywriting and content creation skills across digital channels.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A creative, adaptable thinker committed to innovation and continuous professional development.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic marketing team.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Previous experience in the Higher Education sector and/or complex organisations.
  • Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement, Pardot (highly desirable), or demonstrated willingness/aptitude to learn quickly.
  • Experience with basic graphic design using drag-and-drop software like Canva.
  • Familiar with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and website user experience best practices.
