Role Summary:
Responsible for exploring, developing and growing relationships with premium clients and professional investors/traders within Australia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and track record of sales performance, account conversation and client retention, especially with regards to High-Net-Worth individuals who might also be sophisticated traders, within the Australia Forex and CFD industry.
What would be your responsibilities:
- Explore and develop relationships with premium and experienced investors.
- Identify, onboard, support and retain new premium clients while ensuring a seamless trading experience.
- Provide tailored trading solutions, pricing structures, and liquidity arrangements to meet client needs.
- Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, trading & risk management, compliance, and marketing, to optimize client satisfaction.
- Showcase your in-depth industry understanding and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Educate clients on trading platforms, new products, and market developments.
- Assist in resolving client inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare reports on client performance, sales activities, and market trends.
- Be very familiar with local regulations such as TMD and DDO on what can and cannot be done to target market clients.
What we require from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry is a must.
- Proven track record in sales or client relationship management within the Forex & CFD industry.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and maintain a high-value, diverse client portfolio across both retail and wholesale clients, ensuring long-term loyalty and growth.
- Strong grasp of financial instruments, trading dynamics, liquidity solutions, and market trends, with the ability to leverage this expertise to benefit clients’ strategic goals.
- Ability to engage, negotiate, and build rapport with individuals, delivering exceptional service while clearly explaining complex financial concepts.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
- RG146 General Advice qualifications (Derivatives & Foreign Exchange) is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven aptitude for analyzing market movements and trends, providing insightful guidance and tailored advice to clients to help them navigate the markets effectively.
- Proficiency using trading platforms (Metatrader, C-Trader, or other proprietary trading platforms).
