About the opportunity:
We are seeking a General Sales Manager with strong leadership skills who can guide our sales team to where we need them to be.
We envisage someone who is process and results driven and who can motivate and fine tune our sales team so that we finish 2025 as best as we possibly can.
We then see that General Sales Manager kick starting 2026 with their enthused and energetic sales team intent on making every opportunity count so that Audi Centre Canberra is back on the podium where it has been before.
This is a one-off exceptional opportunity that for the right person could take them a lot further in their career over the next few years.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Sales Manager or General Sales Manager experience.
- Ability to lead, mentor and motivate.
- Customer focused.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Desire to win and have a passion to achieve excellence.
- Process and KPI driven.
- Lead by example.
- Empathy & rapport and be a team player.
- A positive ‘can do attitude’.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.

- Willingness to stretch and raise the bar.
Experience in a Sales Manager role or similar within the automotive industry is essential.
