About Us:
Job Pathways (formerly East Kimberley Job Pathways) is a not-for-profit community development organisation co-owned by two respected Aboriginal organisations: Wunan Foundation and KREAC.
We manage the Federal Government’s Community Development Program (CDP) across East Kimberley and Halls Creek/Tjurabalan regions and oversee the Workforce Australia program in Broome, WA. Through our Wayfinder department, we provide NDIS services, and our Revive department operates the Containers Deposit Scheme (CDS) across these areas.

About the role:
- Supervise and guide job seekers in work-for-the-dole activities, helping them develop skills for future employment.
- Support job seekers in safe, work-like environments while fostering workplace communication.
- Assist in managing resources, ensuring safety and maintaining equipment.
- Engage with the community, developing activities that align with job seekers’ aspirations and needs.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to motivate others.
- Experience in planning, organisation, and working autonomously or as part of a team.
- Passion for helping vulnerable community members.
- A manual C Class driver’s license and ability to aquire a National Police Check
Preferred but not essential:
- Experience working with Indigenous Australians and organisations, with an understanding of challenges in rural and remote communities.
