Our leasing consultant role requires an individual with excellent people skills and a well-rounded understanding of business processes who is passionate about making a difference as well as being empathetic and always looking for solutions to any problem with a growth mindset. You are the initial face of our business so your presentation and follow up must be impeccable.

- experience is preferred but not essential

- the ability to work self-directed and as part of a team
- exceptional people skills and a customer-service focus
- demonstrated initiative, and a proactive and innovative nature
- a passion for making a difference
- attention to detail with a focus on finding solutions
- must be available to work Saturdays or Sundays
- drivers licence
- a positive, go getter attitude
- relationship-focused, with an ability to build lasting relationships with a wide variety of people, at all levels
- operates with honesty, transparency, and integrity at all times
- genuine team player who works well with others and respects and displays the values of the organisation
- must hold, or be willing to obtain, ACT Assistant Agent Registration – Real Estate
