The Role

This is not a role for the faint of heart; we want a solutions-based person who is not afraid of getting things done. Obsessive, passionate, with a logistical mindset are some of the key characteristics we feel this job requires. A sense of urgency with a keen eye for detail will ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate will also have the ability to think laterally and problem-solve logistical issues and conflicts on the fly.

What You’ll Do

Client Satisfaction: Guarantee quality, exceptional service, and end-to-end assistance with every job.

Growth and Scalability: Driving initiatives to evolve and expand the department, aligning with company growth objectives.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe and compliant workplace by maintaining health and safety standards.

Process Optimisation: Implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency, quality, and productivity KPIs.

Budget and Resource Management: Actively manage budgets and resource allocation to meet operational and financial goals.

Negotiation: Manage costs (contractors) to maximise profit

About you

Passionate: You have a passion for Operations and optimisation

Obsessive: You’re almost obsessive in the way you want things to go according to plan

Strong personality: You aren’t afraid to make things happen and dive into whatever issues require your attention

Technical ability: Strong technical skills

Logistical mindset: Solve logistical conflicts and issues on the fly with a proactive attitude

**Previous experience in Removals and Storage preferred.
