The Role:

One of our successful Property Consultants, Ben Gow, is looking to build his team opening a position for a Buyer Manager based out of our North office. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career under the leadership and guidance of a well-known and successful Property Consultant.

As a Buyer Manager, you will assist in the team’s success by:

• Administration tasks such as diary management, client communication, and project management
• Arranging pre-list kits and proposals
• Database management and booking appointments
• Efficient management of listings and sales
• Exceptional customer service and client management

The Candidate:

We are looking for someone with:

• Real Estate License or currently studying Cert IV Real Estate
• Experience in real estate (preferred)
• Experience in CRM systems (Agent Box is preferred if experienced in real estate)
• High level of customer service
• Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and consistent high attention to detail
• Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
• An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
