Remuneration:

Base Salary: $55K per annum

Bonuses and OTE: $65K-$100K+ per annum

Career Progression:

Stage 1: Trainee Sales Agent – $55K

Stage 2: Sales Agent – $55K+ Bonuses

Stage 3: Sales Trainer – $60K – $70K+ Bonuses

Stage 4: Team Leader – $90K – $100K+ Bonuses

Stage 5: Team Manager – $120K – $170K+ Bonuses

What you’ll need?

• Customer service experience or excellent communication skills
• A confident, outgoing personality
• A student mentality—always eager to learn

Requirements:

• Be 18+ years old
• Full-time availability

You’ll begin in a full-time casual role. If you meet your KPIs in the first month, you’ll transition to a permanent full-time position.
