Who we’re looking for:
Completed or are due to complete university studies in 2025/26. We are open to all disciplines.
- Graduating with a Double Degree, Honours, Master’s, or PhD qualification.
- Maintained a distinction average throughout your studies.
- Ambitious, ready to be challenged, and eager to realise your potential.
- Distinguished yourself outside of your academic pursuits.

The Forethought Graduate Program offer
As a Graduate in the Consulting department, you will join a 12-month formal Graduate Program with an initial 3-month training period, including rotations within each department.

Our Process
- We offer a personalised recruitment process that will involve a conversation with a member of the HR team, an interview with our Consulting leaders, a case study, and meet the previous grads. You will be provided with feedback as you progress.
