The Role
As a Product Manager embedded in our Members Product team, you’ll own the strategy and execution of our mobile app experience, ensuring it delivers seamless, engaging, and valuable interactions for our members. Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, strategy, marketing, finance, and data teams, you’ll drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to go-to-market
What You’ll Do:
- Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals.
- Prioritising and managing the product backlog for efficient delivery.
- Collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring products to life.
- Monitoring product performance and key metrics, making data-driven optimizations.
- Managing stakeholder communication and alignment across departments.
- Leading go-to-market strategies and ensuring successful product launches.
- Identifying market trends and competitive insights to refine the product offering.
- Participating in formal and informal customer research to build insight.
About You
You’re a strategic and data-driven Product Manager with 5+ years of experience in digital or tech-focused environments, ideally working with consumer and mobile app products. You thrive in fast-paced, agile settings, aligning cross-functional teams to execute a clear product vision. As part of our founding Product Team, you’re eager to make an impact, drive innovation, and help shape the future of our members’ digital experience.
- Proven experience in product management, particularly in mobile apps or consumer tech.
- Strong analytical skills, using data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Experience in Agile environments, collaborating with engineers and designers.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A commercial mindset, balancing customer needs with business objectives.
- Ability to lead and influence teams without direct line management.
- A track record of delivering successful, high-impact digital products.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with adaptability in fast-moving environments.
