About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this critical role will see you working closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns, optimise performance, and ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
You will be responsible for planning, executing and managing all digital advertising & communications (SEO/SEM), social media, website performance and customer online engagement that will drive customer acquisition and retention across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Designing A/B tests on creative, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and engagement, monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.
• Developing lead generation strategies with engaging content and attracting and nurturing potential customers, measuring engagement and identifying continuous improvement strategies across channels.
• Developing personalised content across the customer journey using Marketing Cloud to drive engagement, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Building and maintaining key website pages that support SEO performance, drive organic traffic, and reflect brand tone and visual identity for our brands.
• Reporting and analysing your work through dashboards and automated reports (GA4/Looker Studio, Power BI).
About You
You will be an experienced, qualified and knowledgeable Digital Marketing professional with 6+ years experience in similar roles, preferably in the Financial or Insurance Industry.
Your experience:
• Working with owned and paid digital marketing channels, including hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, tracking and attribution modelling, and reporting tools.
• Website content management using CMS platforms like Storyblok or Contentful.
• Utilising data from various sources to support segmentation, targeting, testing and optimisation tools.
• Agency management across digital media, creative & SEO/SEM.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
• Collaboration skills and the ability to work in partnership with colleagues and external suppliers to implement organisational improvements.
• Fantastic written and verbal communication skills, as well as time management skills.
• Task management and prioritisation skills
• Attention to detail and sound analytical skills.
• Adaptability to understand drivers of change and respond effectively to changing constraints.
• Digital marketing certification.
• Degree in marketing.
