We’re looking for a Reception and Administrative Assistant to be the friendly face of our office and the organised force behind the scenes. This is a permanent part-time role, working Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day (start and finish times are negotiable). About the Role
As our Reception and Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, candidates and visitors, while also providing high-quality admin support across the business. This role sits within the People & Culture Operations team but works closely with other departments including Accounting and Finance, Marketing and Events, and People and Culture to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming visitors and managing front-of-house experience
- Answering and directing incoming calls professionally
- Formatting resumes, documents and internal templates
- Ordering and managing office supplies and PPE
- Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring space readiness
- Coordinating minor facilities requests and liaising with building management
- Supporting internal training, team events and external conferences
- Distributing website applications and candidate enquiries
- Providing general administrative support to Accounting and Finance, Marketing and Events, and People & Culture teams
- Assisting with leave coverage across business support functions
- Supporting content creation and social media coordination
About You
You’re organised, proactive and naturally helpful. You enjoy working with people, are comfortable managing competing priorities, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in reception and/or administrative support
- Communicates professionally and clearly, both in person and in writing
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Is confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Enjoys supporting different teams and working collaboratively
- Can handle a fast-paced environment with ease and professionalis
