Your Role

As an Executive Team Executive Assistant, you’ll be a key point of contact for the office CFO and CCO providing administrative support to Senior Executives and coordinating project activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You’ll:

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Executive team, specifically the CFO and CCO, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and prioritising competing demands.

• Proactively manage the Executives calendar to ensure optimal time management and strategic focus.

• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements and expense claims for the Executives, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Anticipate needs and provide proactive administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Create and present polished documents, presentations, reports, and briefing materials, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and professionally crafted.

You’ll Need

• Proven experience providing high-quality administrative support in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

• Qualifications in Business Administration or a related field will be beneficial.

• Strong time management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities by understanding stakeholder needs, negotiating deliverables and ensuring timely outcomes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability and confidence to build relationships at all levels.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.

• Experience, skills, and knowledge related to utilities or large infrastructure projects will be viewed as beneficial, though not mandatory.

• Demonstrated dedication to fostering, advancing, and supporting health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace.

• In addition: This role may require infrequent occasional travel between our offices in Hobart, Melbourne and Traralgon.
