Endfire Engineering Pty Ltd is looking for a WHSE & Office Admin Support to join our team in an entry-level role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to gain experience in workplace health and safety, administration, and general office support. You will play a key role in maintaining the WHSE system, coordinating training, equipment safety, vehicle management, and supporting other essential administrative functions.

Specialising in the installation of Fire Protection Services, Endfire has built a reputable history of providing high-quality services to diverse clients. We work across various sectors in construction including Infrastructure, Defence, Health, Corrections, Petrochem, Commercial and Industrial areas.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain registers for vehicles, electronics, fire safety equipment, first aid kits, and uniforms in the Work Health and Safety System Software.
• Coordinate safety inductions, update WHSE system registers, and assist with office equipment, uniforms, and medical bookings for employees.
• Book staff training (e.g. HSR, First Aid, CPR, etc).
• Arrange and coordinate maintenance and testing of safety equipment, ensuring compliance and proper tagging.
• Manage vehicle inspections, servicing, insurance claims, infringements, and accessories.
• Organise company events (e.g., Movember, RU OK Day, Christmas Parties)
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
Your Skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and familiarity with data entry or systems)
• Strong eagerness to learn.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Proactive attitude towards health and safety.
• Willingness to undertake a WHSE traineeship to develop your skills in the workplace health and safety field.
