Key Responsibilities:

• Apply data science and machine learning methodologies to analyse large-scale data/network logs, generate predictive insights, and enable real-time AI/ML monitoring for anomaly detection and performance optimisation
• Develop and implement models that support business decision-making and operational efficiency
• Apply data science and machine learning methodologies to analyse data and generate predictive insights
• Work closely with teams to define performance metrics and align ML initiatives with business goals
• Present complex data insights in a compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Lead data-driven initiatives, mentor junior team members and promote best practices in ML and data science
• Support efforts to refine workflows, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement

Essential Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Physical Sciences
• Strong business acumen to align data strategies with organisational goals
• Excellent presentation skills for engaging both small and large audiences
• Exceptional English communication (written & verbal)
• Strong predictive modelling and analytical expertise
• Proven leadership with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders
• Solid mathematical and statistical foundation

Advantageous Skills:

• Experience in machine learning for large-scale data/network logs (anomaly detection & performance optimisation)
• Expertise in big data and AI/ML monitoring for predictive insights & operational efficiency
• Background in supply chain and/or retail analytics
• Proficiency in productive modelling techniques
• Experience with optimisation methodologies
