Civil Project Manager – Early Works

The Project Manager role purpose is to manage the delivery of construction projects effectively, ensuring they meet all design requirements, timeframes, and budget constraints while achieving commercial, HR, safety, quality, environmental, and community targets. The role aims to meet or exceed project financial targets and maintain high standards of project management practice. The Project Manager is essential in driving the success of project, ensuring alignment with CC Pines’ strategic and financial goals. This role focuses on managing project delivery while maintaining cost efficiency and client satisfaction. The Project Manager works under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager and directly manages a team. The role will primarily focus on early works activities with a high focus on civil works, temporary shoring and stabilization activities, bulk excavation and detailed excavation.
