Returns Coordinator

CDB Group is one of Australasia’s largest distributors of consumer goods to Retail stores, representing amazing brands including Goldair, Jackson, Ausclimate, Winix, NutriBullet, Instant Pot, GoPro, Tile and more.

Shortly we will be relocating our warehouse operation to a new, highly automated facility in the Melbourne Airport Business Park area. As a result we have an opportunity to add roles into our amazing team.

We are now looking for a new Returns Coordinator to manage this critical element of the businesses operation. This role will be diverse and will involve interaction/coordination with the warehouse operational team, customer services team and third party freight service providers. Responsibilities will include credit administration, product return management, freight claims, stocktaking, cycle counts relating to customer queries and technical product support when required.

Specific Duties:

• Credit and Returns Management
• Manage, investigate and respond to all Consumer and Retailer delivery queries.
• Work with our Warehouse and Finance Teams to reconcile, investigate and action any disputed deliveries
• Stock counts when required
• Approve or refute claims where required
• Raise freight claims when required
• Investigation of any delivery queries relating to retailer and consumer deliveries
• Manage and oversee the physical return of products from retailers for assessment, reconciliation, credit etc
• Manage credit claim and stock return process with CDB suppliers where required
