Successful candidates will likely already have the following skills or experience:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience in project coordination, scheduling and administration from a similar or related role.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in client communication and a great customer service ethos.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on dispute resolution.
  • Familiarity with compliance documentation (e.g., SWMS/JSA) and continuous process improvement.

Some of the tasks you’ll do during your working day:

  • Coordinate and manage daily installer scheduling, ensuring efficient allocation of staff and resources to meet project timelines and client expectations.
  • Manage client correspondence, including booking confirmations for delivery, installation, and collections.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (processing, warehouse, installation teams) to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Create and maintain compliance documentation (such as SWMS/JSA) to meet industry safety and quality standards.
  • Address and resolve scheduling conflicts and any client-related issues to maintain project continuity and satisfaction.
  • Support warehousing, logistics, and the execution of major project tasks as required.
  • Drive improvements in scheduling and operational processes to optimize efficiency and installer utilisation.
  • Monitor and report on client satisfaction using tools you develop and maintain, including those within the Odoo ERP system.

You will need to have the appropriate qualifications and experience:

  • Relevant qualifications in project management, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects and client relationships.
  • Familiarity with safety compliance standards, scheduling tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and strong administrative skills.
