Your new role

The Assistant Branch Manager’s core aim is to guarantee the smooth delivery and retrieval of vehicles for customers, aligning with both the Company’s and customers’ expectations. This involves strategic logistical planning and adeptly resolving any unforeseen issues that may arise. Additionally, the role entails promptly addressing customer inquiries and providing support to the Branch Manager in team management.

Specific Accountabilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations: Ensure smooth functioning and exceptional service for our customers.
  • Support and mentor the team: Foster a positive work environment, guiding and empowering team members.
  • Drive performance: Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve goals and contribute to branch success.
  • Handle customer escalations: Resolve concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance: Uphold company policies and maintain high standards.
  • Contribute to growth strategies: Help develop innovative approaches for branch growth.
  • Efficient resource management: Optimize inventory, budgets, and resources for maximum efficiency.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Preferred experience in a similar role or within the automotive industry.
  • A full and clean driver’s license is required. A motorbike license is an advantage but not a necessity.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with at least one year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for reporting.
