About the Role

We have an excellent opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team in our Alexandria or Western Sydney office. This role is crucial in supporting our consultants, projects, and the operational efficiency across our offices in New South Wales. As part of a collaborative team of Project Management Administrators, you will be responsible for a range of project-related tasks, from document preparation and data analysis using Microsoft Office, to managing project compliance and coordinating logistics for meetings and workshops.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills to ensure the operational efficiency of our projects.

As the ideal candidate, you will have prior administrative experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, outstanding organisational abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a team of Administrative Officers for operational support across the company

• Possess high proficiency in Microsoft Office for document preparation, data analysis, and presentation creation

• Ensure project compliance through process and procedure management

• Manage administrative tasks for project management

• Organise logistics for meetings, workshops, and training

• Strong customer service and a great phone manner to respond to phone and email enquiries

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Two years’ experience in an administration role (preferred but not essential)

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, emphasising document and data management efficiency and creativity

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and multitasking ability

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective support and collaboration

• Advanced problem-solving skills and a desire to improve processes

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Qualifications in business administration, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
